That goal could be losing 20lbs, running your first 10km race or putting your foot through a gym door for the first time.

NUTRITION PROGRAMMING

This program is about teaching clients the VALUE of food and not just telling them what to eat and when. The training program will be designed to assist with fat loss, strength, recovery, maintenance or growth. This is a goal based nutrition program. For best results I recommend a minimum of a 3 month commitment.

REHABILITATION & personal training

Learn your way around the gym to include equipment use, form, posture corrections, functional movements, hinge patterns and more!!

Rehabilitation can include a variety of different situations ranging from pre or post surgery training or a nagging long term injury. I will assess your physical issues and come up with a training plan suited to the injury and point in the recovery process to get you results. You can choose to purchase individual sessions booked whenever you wish or a training package with monthly, weekly or bi-weekly sessions booked at your convenience.
