PROGRAMMING

This programming starts with an initial assessment of your squat, bench, and deadlift.

Once the initial assessment is complete we will build a custom program that will help your improve your technical and physical weaknesses.

As you work on your lifts, you will send me update videos of your training and I will return detailed critiques of your lifts.

Every month we will focus on different types of cues and development to ensure you are continuously progressing.

TYPES OF PROGRAMMING

ONLINE PROGRAMMING AND COACHING

This programming will be technique focused and will ensure that you are continually improving and developing new skills.

This personal coaching includes:

  • an individual program tailored to your technical and physical weaknesses

  • video submission and critiques.

  • monthly check in on your goals, and progress

  • Contest preparation and off-season programming

  • $150 monthly

IN-GYM PROGRAMMING AND COACHING

This programming will be technique focused and will ensure that you are continually improving and developing new skills.

This personal coaching includes:

  • an individual program tailored to your technical and physical weaknesses

  • video submission and critiques.

  • monthly check in on your goals, and progress

  • contest preparation and off-season progamming

  • gym membership

  • a monthly 1 on 1 session at Van Isle Strength each month with Laura.

  • $200 monthly
